'RV2 series'' is the most compact type in vacuum regulator.It has almost same characteristic as ''RV series'' in the area with low pressure and small flow rate.
Features
- ”RV2 series” is super compact, very low-profile and requires a little space to install. Best to install in the apparatuses in saved space and available to mount both panel and brackets.
- Excellent pressure characteristics of ”RV series” allow this regulator accurate negative pressure.
- The small air-leakage by direct acting restricts air-leakage and loss of energy from supply pressure, and ensure controlling pressure without bleeding.
- Available for special specification. Parts for clean room are stainless-steel, fluoric rubber, and other parts are electroless nickel plated.
